Changing your mind, statutory withdrawal and a defect complaint are different matters. A genuinely personalised bracelet has no automatic 14-day withdrawal right. You may request voluntary cancellation on the contract date or by the next day; the owner's approval is required. This deadline does not apply to defect claims or a statutory withdrawal right where one exists.
